About Don Federle

Don FederleI’ve lived in Connecticut since I was 12, and have been designing and building homes for nearly as long. My father’s construction site provided many hours of on-the-job training to this curious 10-year-old, and my obsession with homes developed from there.

Since those early years, I’ve designed and built dozens of new homes for families and individuals in Litchfield and Fairfield County. I discovered I have a knack for finding elegant solutions to complicated problems, and, in the process, my work has won multiple awards.

Designing and building is all I have ever done. And, with the possible exception of coaching my daughter’s basketball team, there is nothing else I can imagine myself doing.

I recognize that you’re the one with a vision and a dream. And I collaborate with you to find ways to translate that dream into something real. My goal for every client is to create a home that feels like it’s uniquely yours.
